Return to the Cottages at Eagle Creek

Seriously....We constantly get asked by our Guests "What do you put in the Creek/Water to make it look that way?"

Running right through the middle of the property with the many of the Cottages directly overlooking it is the Romantic 'Big Eagle Creek' one of the last undeveloped streams left in the entire U.S.  PURE, COLD and unusually CLEAR  it is basically one huge Mountain Spring thus giving it a deep dark blue color that amazes most everyone. If you are familiar with the clarity of Broken Bow Lake - Big Eagle Creek is one of the main reasons why it is so.  It is one of the main tributaries that feeds Mountain Fork River  creating Broken Bow Lake a few miles south.

If you are brave enough for a dip in its deep blue waters you will find it extremely cold, even in August & September, Some of our guests just love a romantic swim in the evening, or bring your light tackle for a frisky smallmouth or 'Goggle-Eye' or "Spring Lake" our well stocked pond..
